Course Renovation Progress Update (June 30th)
The course renovation work continues to progress well across the property and remains on schedule. The front nine greens are now two weeks post-sprigging and continue through the grow-in phase, showing positive signs of establishment and healthy development.
On the back nine, preparation work has been completed following the removal of the existing Champion greens, and sprigging is scheduled to begin early this week.
Significant progress has also been made on Hole 6, where new hydraulic irrigation tubing has been installed, final grading has been completed, and the fairway has now been sprigged with Bimini Bermuda turfgrass. The grow-in phase has officially begun.
On Hole 5, cleanup of the right-side waste bunker area is underway, and select weak turf areas on the tees and rough have been sprigged to improve overall turf quality and consistency.
The cart path repairs are scheduled to begin soon. A confirmed start date will be communicated once finalized.
Overall, the renovation is progressing as planned, and the project continues to move forward on schedule.
