- Putting Green Reopening: June 2
- Front Nine Greens: Beginning May 26
- Back Nine Greens: Beginning June 8
- Fairway Renovation (Holes 5 & 6): Beginning June 8
- Cart Path Improvements: Week of June 15
- Project duration: 12–16 weeks (completion by October 1)
Greens Transformation
- Installation of premium TifEagle Bermuda turf
- Enhanced drainage and soil performance
- Advanced sprigging techniques
- Comprehensive grow-in program
- Grow-in period: 8–12 weeks
Fairway Renovation
- Installation of Bermuda 419 turf
- Soil conditioning and surface refinement
- Improved turf density, consistency, and playability
- Grow-in period: 8–10 weeks
During the Renovation
- Course remains open (except Holes 5 & 6 during fairway work)
- Temporary greens utilized as needed
- Routing and conditions may be adjusted
- Regular updates via the Pro Shop

The project will be executed by La Cita’s contractor, DTE Golf, which is also responsible for year-round course maintenance. As a highly respected industry leader, DTE Golf has been engaged to ensure the work is completed to the highest professional standards. Multiple experienced crews will ensure efficiency, quality, and attention to detail throughout each phase of the renovation.
