Course Renovation Progress Update (July 13th)
Renovation work continues to progress on schedule across the property. The front nine greens are now four weeks post-sprigging and continue to establish well, with healthy coverage, steady growth, and strong development.
The back nine greens are now one-week post-sprigging and are progressing through the early grow-in phase as expected, with irrigation and fertility programs being carefully managed to encourage continued establishment.
Holes 5 and 6 are now two weeks post-sprigging and continue to establish on schedule, with encouraging new growth evident.
In addition, cart path repair work is underway throughout the property and will continue over the coming weeks.
Overall, the renovation remains on pace, and we are very pleased with the steady progress being made.
DTE team is following a carefully developed and approved renovation plan, with each phase designed to build upon the previous one.
The steady progress we are seeing is exactly what we expect at this stage of the project, and we appreciate your understanding and support as we continue moving toward completion.
