Venue Spaces & Capacities
La Cita Country Club offers several distinct event spaces that can be reserved individually or combined to accommodate a variety of event sizes and formats. Function rooms are assigned by the Club based on anticipated guest count and setup requirements. All room rentals are priced for a four-hour duration.
Ballroom
+The Ballroom is designed for larger formal events and can accommodate the following setups:
- Up to 100 guests for a seated plated dinner
- Up to 80 guests for a seated plated dinner with dancing
- Up to 80 guests for a seated buffet dinner with dancing
This space is well-suited for receptions, formal dinners, and large celebrations.
La Cita Room
+The La Cita Room is ideal for mid-sized gatherings and offers flexibility for both seated and standing events:
- Up to 40 guests for a seated plated dinner
- Up to 60 guests for a standing cocktail hour
- Up to 40 guests for a seated buffet
Terrace Room
+The Terrace Room accommodates smaller gatherings while maintaining a refined atmosphere:
- Up to 35 guests for a seated plated dinner
- Up to 60 guests for a standing cocktail hour
- Up to 35 guests for a seated buffet
Conference Room
+The La Cita Conference Room can accommodate up to ten guests and is ideal for board meetings, homeowner associations, and small club meetings. Coffee and water are available upon request.
Veranda
+The Veranda is suited for outdoor weddings and events and offers views overlooking the golf course, pond, and foundation. This space is frequently used for ceremonies and sunset wedding photography.
Pool Area
+The Mediterranean resort-style pool area provides a relaxed setting for events centered around social gathering and leisure. The pool area is surrounded by umbrella tables and chaise lounges and includes access to the hot tub. Poolside locker rooms, restrooms, and showers are available, along with drink service from the poolside bar.
