Tournament Coordination Services

At La Cita Golf & Country Club, we specialize in organizing and coordinating events and tournaments. Our professional staff will be happy to use their expertise to ensure that every step of your event runs smoothly; from initial planning to tournament play day. At your request the following services may be provided by the Pro Shop to assist in making your event a success.

Set Up

• Each cart will display the names and starting time of each player or team.
• A rules sheet will be provided for your event.
• An official computerized scorecard will be included.

Contests

• We will put out and collect all of your special contest markers and hole sponsors.
• Hole in One cars are allowed to be proudly displayed on the course when details are approved in advance.

Scoring & Awards

• A central scoring location will be set up for your convenience.
• A Golf Professional will be on hand to do all scoring and rules inquiries.
• Professional score sheets will be used.

Prizes

• We suggest Gift Certificates from our Golf Shop. This enables the players to leave with their prize immediately in the correct size and color.
